Srinagar In wake of growing cases of a novel coronavirus in Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the Seminarian Agha Karar Hashmi commended medical staff and police for untiring efforts amidst Covid-19 for the safety of the public at large, added that Nurses, doctors, media fraternity, police and other health care workers are on frontlines of the fight against COVID-19 deserve to be recognized and commended for their lifesaving efforts and personal sacrifices amid increased medical risk in Kashmir.
Karar Hashmi Said in a Press statement that people need to strictly follow all the precautionary measures and other health-related advisories by letter of spirit and must understand that policemen patroling on roads having sticks in their hands are for our safety and security. Let us keep all differences aside, be united and work collectively to overcome this catastrophe by helping each other unconditionally. Hashim further said that our health sector is ill-equipped to fight the outbreak, so no other option available than to follow complete lockdown already announced by the administration, till things will not be settled correctly on the ground. Hashmi cautions that many professionals around the globe have lost their lives while treating patients, so doctors need personal protective equipment as they are on the front line of the fight against deadly Corona Virus pandemic.
