The death toll also crossed 700-mark in Kashmir Valley.

The official told the news agency that 11 patients who died include a 55-year-old lady from Boniyar Uri, a 70-year-old male from Watargam Baramulla, a 70-year-old male from Khrew Pulwama, South Kashmir a 63-year-old Lady from Tral Pulwama, a 73-year-old man from Paranpillan Uri Baramulla, a 78-year-old man and 58-year-old Lady from Jammu City, former MLA from Kalakote Rajouri, a 75-year-old man from Surankote Poonch, a retired Naib Tehsildar from Kathua and a male patient from Bhaderwah.
