In yet another a beastly attack in Rajwar area of Handwara in North Kashmir , a wild bear created panic after mauling a dozen livestock to death.

As per reliable sources, a bear teared town 6 sheep at Shatigam Rajwar area of Handwara, before escaping into a nearby forest on Saturday night.

The bear barged into a cowshed owned by Syed Muhammad Maqbool Geelani resident and mauled around 6 sheep.

We have been living in fear and prefer to stay inside, because of the sheer presence of wild animals. The wild bears are roaming freely in residential areas and has made the life of people hell. The authorities are appealed to look into the matter at the earliest
