Anantnag District Covid-19 Cases Today: Two Paramedics Test Positive As Cases Rise in UT
Anantnag District’s Covid-19 cases rose on Tuesday as two health workers were discovered as infected with Covid-19 in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district today, as per the latest news. Both these employees had come in contact with previously infected persons that hailed from Shangus area.
As per the reliable news sources (KNT), a health employee at PHC Nowgam and another posted at Shangus were tested positive.
Both these health workers were put in quarantine and their samples were taken a couple of days back.
Four fresh cases were reported in Anantnag today till the filing of this report.
Out of 550 positive patients, 380 are Active Positive, 164 have recovered and 7 have died so for in Jammu and Kashmir. The South Kashmir’s Anantnag district was COVID free initially but since the last week, the number of COVID 19 cases grew in the area making the authorities get on toes.
